I DO NOT KNOW WHAT STORAGE UNIT SIZE I REQUIRE?
Not a problem we can arrange for one of our team members to visit your home and discuss with you what items you require storing. Our experienced staff can then calculate the right storage solutions unit for you.
We can then discuss how long you estimate you require a storage unit and we will then provide you a fixed quote. Please note that contents insurance is required when using self storage units.
HOW MUCH DOES SELF STORAGE COST?
After we have surveyed what items your require storing we can choose the right sized storage unit for you. There are numerous sized units and all have different prices. The smaller the unit the cheaper the cost.
Green4Logistics are experienced at packing items into the units and can maximize the space for each unit which will help reduce costs.
HOW LONG CAN I STORE MY ITEMS FOR?
There is no limit on how long you require to use our storage units. We do require a minimum of two weeks of storage you can store for a shorter amount of time but will still be required to pay for the two weeks.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SAFE AND SECURE IN STORAGE?
The storage center has high perimeter fencing. CCTV operates 24 hours a day throughout the building and is also monitored by staff during office hours and a surveillance team out of office hours.
You will also be issued with a unique PIN. Customers are only allowed entry to the building with PIN id. None of the storage staff have access to your units while you store with us.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS I CANNOT STORE AT THE UNITS?
- Livestock such as birds, animals fish or any living creatures
- Food or perishable goods
- Volatile or flammable materials or liquids which include paint, petrol, oil, gas or cleaning solvents.
- Explosives, Ammunition, Firearms and weapons
- Toxic waste, asbestos or any other dangerous equipment.
- Anything that emits fumes, smells or odors.
- Radioactive equipment, chemicals or biological agents
- Illegal substances including goods or items illegally obtained and unsafe items which include fireworks.
HOW DO I PAY FOR A STORAGE UNIT?
We accept BACS payments (a month’s deposit will be required) and also we can set up a direct debit for you. If you want to set up a direct debit, we would require a two weeks deposit to get this organised.
HOW DO I VACATE MY SELF STORAGE UNIT?
We would require 14 days’ notice to vacate your self storage unit. All business storage units require 28 days notice.
We can vacate the storage unit for you and deliver it to your new property. Please note we would have to give you a quote to do this.
